Can I get admission in a college through lateral entry to pursue B.Tech through distance?
I am in the final year of my B.Tech. I am pursuing my B.Tech in NIIT University.

Yes, you will get admission through lateral entry for B.Tech, but distance education in engineering is not possible because engineering college does not provide distance education.
