8 years agoThere are many colleges accepting MAT scores for admission. SIMSREE, Mumbai is best among these colleges, other known colleges are XIME-Bangalore, KIIT (KSOM), PSG Institute and Jaipuria-Lucknow, for more colleges check the below link where you can compare colleges on the basis of fees/placement/infrastructure.
