No, this is a region specific exam. You should focus on the national level exam i.e. JEE MAINS, then only you will get admissions in a good college for aeronautical engineering. Top colleges for this course are: Indian Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, Dehradun Indian Institute of Space Science
