Can I get admission in a college to pursue B.Arch on the basis of class 12th marks?

It's not possible. You need to either appear for NATA or JEE Mains paper 2. There might be a few average colleges which may provide admission on 12th percentage but it will not be worth pursuing B.Arch from such colleges.
