Can I get admission in a college to pursue B.Tech after clearing the compartment exam in the same year?
Will the college allow me to take the compartment exam during the admission process?

Yes, colleges keep that gap after result declaration of class 12th. The top colleges declare the list after considering the cut-offs. But other colleges keep the admission process open till compartment results are out.
