Can I get admission in a college to pursue B.Tech?
I repeated class 12th 4 times and managed to score 68%.

Hello Abhishek,
If you have taken four attempts to clear 12th then you may perhaps be ineligible due to age bar. However, some private colleges may be your only hope.
