    Hi Sushanth,
Please visit www.unigauge.com. It is an online entrance exam for engineering. With the university-GAUGE exam score, you can apply to several of their leading deemed & private partner universities across India. Most of the partner universities of university-GAUGE offer computer science as a major stream. Candidates who have completed their PUC/+2 course from a recognized university are eligible to take up the exam. Please visit the website for more information. We wish you luck for your future.

Yes, there are many colleges which are taking students who has not given their entrance exam, but you have to pay some extra donation. I know one college named, Nimra College of Engineering And Technology, it is affiliated with JNTU Kakinada. It is very nice. I suggest if you want to do B.Tech, go for it. It is in Andhra Pradesh, Ibrahimpatnam, Nimra Nagar. I hope you do well in your life. All the best.
