Can I get admission in a college to pursue fashion designing as I have appeared for my supplementary exam and waiting for its result?
I appeared for my class 12th re-exam and now waiting for my result. I will get around 600 marks in HSC.

You will have to wait till your results aren't out. You can now prepare for entrance tests and appear for the same in Feb. That is the best option you have if you wish to make your career.
