Can I get admission in a college to pursue Masters in mass communication or journalism without taking any entrance exam?

That depends on the college. Some Colleges do conduct entrance exam while some not. These entrance exams generally contain general discussion, checking out your skills, communication, aptitude, etc. -

Very rare chances, because most of the universities/college admits after the entrance only. Still, you can search and try for it. Many a times at the end if seats are left then probably they can. Good Luck. -
