I would suggest that you should opt for a vocational course that is skill based rather than following the protocol of doing MBA. No, most of the universities take in students who have above 50% marks in degree. So its difficult for you to get admission.

Not, that is not possible. You should have your graduation degree with minimum 50%.

Chances of getting admission in MBA with 40% marks in graduation degree are very remote as eligibility criteria in majority of B-Schools in minimum 50% in graduation degree.
