Can I get admission in a college to pursue the 2nd year of B.Tech in CSE after completing 1st year B.Sc in IT?

No, it is not possible at all. You have to take admission in B.Tech first year.

You can pursue B.Tech after completing B.Sc from some private college. This is known as the lateral entry program which is similar as D2D admission. There will be no chance of getting admission in the government colleges. Colleges may take entrance exams for lateral entry admission. DDU is a good deemed University for the same. BVM, Charotar University of Science and Technology, Nirma, and DAIICT also some good colleges for pursuing B.Tech.
