Can I get admission in a college to pursue the 2nd year of B.Tech in CSE after completing 1st year B.Sc in IT?

You can pursue B.Tech after completing B.Sc from some private college. This is known as the lateral entry program which is similar as D2D admission. There will be no chance of getting admission in the government colleges. Colleges may take entrance exams for lateral entry admission. DDU is a good

I am a student of Sinhgad main campus. I don't about MIT and VIT, but you may get admission in Sinhgad. To get admission in Sinhgad main campus is very difficult because you need to be very good in academics, but you may get admission in Sinhgad, Lonavala campus easily.

No, it is not possible at all. You have to take admission in B.Tech first year.

No, it is not possible to progress directly from 1st year B.Sc IT to 2nd year B.Tech CSE. Mostly, students have to appear for entrance exams to enroll in B.Tech program.
