Can I get admission in a foreign university to pursue MS on the basis of my patents?
I have done EEE with 72 percent marks. I have 2 patents registered in India.

Admission in MS in foreign universities is based on multiple criterions such as GRE score, academic performance, state of purpose, quality of recommendation letters, etc. Two patents will definitely help you to get admission abroad for MS subject to you meeting other criterion.
