Can I get admission in a good American college to pursue MS in CSE with 62% in B.Tech in ECE and 5 years of work experience in IT sector?
I was working with Oracle as a developer.

No, you can't get CSE as you have done B.Tech in ECE. You can only get ECE branch or any other specialization.
