Can I get admission in a good college for MBA with 90 percentile in MAT exam?

I scored 65% in SSC, 7.64 CGPA in Diploma in electrical engineering and 8 CGPA in B.Tech (EE) I have done two internships in the digital marketing field. I have 4 years of gap in my academics due to financial problems.
