Can I get admission in a good college in Canada to pursue MS with 67 percent marks in B.Tech?

For top colleges, 67% is a little low as this percentage will convert to a low GPA. You can try mid level but decent colleges with this score.

As mentioned on their websites, the universities are asking for the last two years' percentage which is 69% in my case. Can I have better chances in top ranked universities with this score?
