Can I get admission in a good college of Mumbai without submitting my transfer certificate?
I completed my class 12th from private institution of MP board. I could not get my transfer certificate.

Hi Nikhil,
Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
