Can I get admission in a good college to pursue B.Tech in CSE, ECE, EEE or ME with 83 marks and 17700 general rank in ComedK?

    You will not get admission in any top 10 institute. You will easily get in between top 10 to 15.
    I suggest you to prefer institutes in Bangalore.
