You don't have any chances as your rank is too low. So, you can not expect a good private college by this rank. My suggestion is that keep waiting and prepare hard and try for next year. All the best.

That is a low score in JEE Mains so it is not possible to get in any top colleges however since you have scored 60% in class 12th, you can apply to other good colleges like VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology), BITS Pilani, UPE university by giving their entrance exam or any other private colleges

Yes, you can easily get any private colleges to pursue B.Tech. And 60% in 12th is the minimum criteria which you have so not an issue at all. Al the best.
