Can I get admission in a good college to pursue ECE?
I secured 1589 rank in IPU-CET exam. I belong to the general category. Delhi is not my domicile state. My course code is 128 Diploma LEET.

Yes, you can get, but you have to qualify the JEE Mains, Advance, and CET exam for good college.
