350 is a very bad score, business schools are ranked based on the selectivity, the kind of students they admit and outcomes. So, chances of admission in a reputed or good school is very difficult for you at the moment. Apart from your work experience, if you don't have anything extraordinary, you will simply waste your time. I will strongly advise you to retake your GMAT. Don't lose hope and work slightly harder. Alternatively, you can check MS programs.
