Can I get admission in a good engineering college with aerospace engineering branch? I have got 64% in 12th.

Hello Himanshu,
With 64% marks, you are not eligible for admission in IIT or NIT. However you are still eligible for admission in other private colleges. Yes, you can achieve your dream of becoming Aeronautical engineer.
