Can I get admission in a good German university for pursuing MS with 68 CGpa in B.Tech in mechanical engineering???please help

It is difficult, but if you are really talented and score really well in TOEFL or IELTS, your chances will definitely improve.

Yes, you can get admission in German universities but you have to give IELTS or TOEFL for that.

Chances are slim,German universities require high academic standing, above 80% or so keeps you safe. Try private universities or check other countries. Australia, UK, NZ can be suitable options.
