Can I get admission in a good medical college for MBBS with 470 marks in NEET exam? Is BVSc a good backup?

When will its application form for all India quota (15%) be out? My AIR is 38700 and OBC category rank is 13000.

    470 marks is a good score. It is good enough to get State Quota Colleges and Private ones of MBBS.
