Can I get admission in a good university abroad to pursue MS in biomedical engineering?

I have completed BE in electronics and instrumentation engineering 2016 from Anna University, Tamil Nadu. I scored 280 marks in GRE exam, and 90 marks in TOEFL. My CGPA is 7.6.

Hi Bavithra, it is quite late for Fall 2017. The process ideally starts a year ahead,so by now most universities have closed their admission rounds for international students, particularly in US. You need be more proactive and start applying without further delays. Very few options would be available. Could you be more specific with the country?
