Hi Gokul,
As per last year cutoff (2016: B.Sc Agriculture), you can try for the following colleges:
SKUAST-J Chatha Jammu (J&K)
Assam Agri. Univ., Jorhat (Assam)
Central Agri. University, Imphal (Manipur)
SKUAST, Srinagar (J&K)
Nagaland University, SASRD (Medziphema)
