Can I get admission in a government college for B.Tech without appearing in any entrance exam?

No, since all government college seat are filled through national level entrance exam marks only. For B.Tech, you must go for JEE Mains in order to take seat in IIT IIIT etc. Score more, as the cutoff for category goes high basically for general category. You can't get the seat in government direct
