    Yes, it can as score is just more than 50% so it get admission in any college in CSE branch.

    See, you can get government colleges but the top 3 colleges is not possible as this score is quit low for then, but if you want you can opt for any other branch and then go for the internal sliding that took place just before the spot counselling in the colleges itself.
