Can I get admission in a government college for polytechnic as I have secured 3539 rank in Delhi-CET (polytechnic)?

There is less chance of it according to past few years cutoff. But you can get one if you are lucky as it varies every year. You can also try some good private colleges if you don't get one like Ambedkar Polytechnic etc.
