Can I get admission in a government college or any private college with a general rank of 18343 and 965 OS rank in UPSEE?

There are very little chances for you to get good government colleges. You can easily get admission in top private colleges. But if you really want a government college then you can try in some low-class government colleges. -
Yes, you will get the government college in the non-core branch in any of the government college through counselling and after taking admission in that college apply for the internal sliding of the stream then you will get the core branch. -
Sorry but you cannot be a part of government colleges. You can try in private colleges.
