Can I get admission in a government college to pursue B.Tech with 33 marks in JEE Mains and 62 marks in CET exam?
I have scored 74% in class 12th and qualified for JEE Advanced exam.

With general category, it seems hard to fetch a seat through CET. 33 marks in JEE Mains Mains won't get you anywhere.

I am afraid you can't, but if you really want to pursue engineering then I would advice you to opt a private college.
