If you are belong to open category then with this rank you won't be getting any MBBS seat in a govt. medical college but you can try for private colleges. Do apply for private colleges and deemed universities. Good luck.

If you are a general or OBC category candidate, there is no possibility of getting a government medical college, you can try for a private college. If you are an SC or ST category candidate, you can get a government medical college with this rank.

You can't expect any government college through your all India MBBS rank. But, you may expect a private college with this score, be it with state rank or all India.

It depends on the state level quota. You should check for Madhya Pradesh or Karnataka.
