Can I get admission in a private D.El.Ed college in Raipur without appearing for the CG Pre D.El.Ed exam?

I missed the CG Pre D.El.Ed exam but want to take D.El.Ed admission this year in Raipur. Is there any way to get admission in a private college without the entrance exam, like direct admission or management quota? I want to avoid losing a year.
