Yes, you can do B.Tech from government colleges in Uttarakhand like College of Technology-Pantnagar, GBPEC, KEC-Dawaharat, etc. For then you will have to appear in UKSEE exam conducted by Uttarakhand Technical University every year and you will have to get a good rank. Students generally prefer COT-
