Yes, you can and admission to top colleges is based on your GRE score not on which university you came from.

Yes, SRM is one of the top colleges in India. So, it is obviously well recognised in India as well as abroad. SRM offers the opportunity to go abroad for 1 Sem. So, you can use those opportunity to post graduate from abroad.
