Can I get admission in a top college of Delhi University with 85-90% in my graduation? I want to pursue b.Sc in mathematics.

Hi, If you belong to general category, you would require a minimum of 95-96% to go in top colleges of north campus. Competition is very high.

If we analysis some of the last cutoffs, you stand a great chance of getting a great college for B.Sc Maths.

They have a separate exam which is conducted by DU for admission to postgraduate courses.

Only if you have some category you can hope to get the best college, for general category, the cut-off goes above 95%. DU has a very high cut-off.

If you belong to the general category, it is difficult to get admission in North Campus colleges.

The percentage reqiued in 12th is treated for all subjects or just in maths for B.Sc. Hons maths?

Hi, If you want to go for best colleges of north campus, then you need at least 95% for B.Sc Mathematics for general category.

It will be difficult for you to get into one of the top colleges of Delhi University, if you score somewhere in between 85-90. And, if you belong to general category, it will be next to impossible. Most of the top colleges have cut offs above 92%.
