Can I get admission in a top university to pursue automobile engineering in Australia?

I have scored 70% in class 12th and 6 bands in IELTS.

Dear Nisarg, Your marks in 12th are adequate for admission to a good SVP Univesity, your IELTS however, may not be enough as most insist on overall 6.5 with no band less than 6, some Universities may admit at overall 6 with no band less than 6 and very few do it with overall 6 and no band less than
