Can I get admission in a university where the medium of education is English to pursue B.Sc in CS?

I am pursuing my Bachelor's in Italy. I scored 96% marks in class 12th (2015). My IELTS score is 5.5.

You should check for universities in US as they are the most generous ones for giving out scholarships. Check directly with the universities for transfer because every university has its own entry requirements and transfer policies. It does not matter where you are currently studying, you must meet
