No, you can't get admission with this rank.

You can but 75000 is not good enough for CS from ABES. You could apply for direct admission here. The college takes a test (Aptitude, Reasoning, etc.) and an interview based on which it branches are allotted. I was admitted through direct admission only. Refer to http://www.abes.ac.in/ for contact information. Hurry, admissions have started. Do upvote if you like the answer.
