Can I get admission in aerospace engineering college with 75 percent marks in board exams? I have not given any entrance exam.

Hello Ashraf,
No, I am afraid not. These days almost all states and deemed to be universities have some or the other CET for admission. Perhaps only exception is Tamil Nadu.
