Can I get admission in AIT Pune with navy background?
I scored 96.8% in 12th and 94.26 in JEE Mains with a rank of 64354. My father served in Indian navy for 15 years.

Unfortunately no. This institute is only for wards of Army Personnel. This is so since at the time of formation, Indian Navy & IAF refused to participate in funding for the institute. Hence, Army went ahead and established this out of it's own funds. Best wishes.
