Can I get admission in AMU for B.Tech lateral entry? I have done Diploma in mechanical engineering from BTEUP.

    AMU does not offer lateral entry for B.tech course. You will have to qualify the AMUEEE entrance exam and begin your course from first year.

    Yes, you can but you make sure you don't have any back in your previous year otherwise your current college will not provide you TC.
