Can I get admission in an American university to pursue MBA with 550 marks in GMAT and 7 band in IELTS?
Which is the best university in the USA to pursue MBA? I have a poor academic record.

You don't have any chance of getting admission in a good college. Stanford's cut-off is 740 and Wharton's is 728.
However, if your aim is just to get MBA at any cost then IIPM, Manav Rachna and Manav Bharti are the kind of institutes which exist in the USA who can't provide you placements, but they badly need students so you can search and apply for such B or C category institutes.
