Can I get admission in an Engineering college? How can I build up my career?

I passed secondary & higher secondary education in 2010-12 respectively from Jamia Urdu Hind Bihar, an autonomous board in distance mode. Can I get admission for Civil Engineering in a government or private college when my date of birth 03.05.1987?

You can definitely get admission in Civil Engineering and your date of birth is not a hindrance but you need to check out the college or university details and apply accordingly.
