Can I get admission in an engineering college if I have a compartment in biology theory (CBSE) and cleared COMEDK with 36.6%?
I had 46.6% in PCM stream.

Firstly, you have to clear the backlogs before you can think of admission in any college. Secondly, I would like to advise you to get out of the obsession with engineering. Try some other subject which interests you. -

If you have the pass mark sheet then only you can apply for engineering colleges, but you with this percentage, you won't get a good college.
You should look for other programmes for your future.
