Can I get admission in an engineering college in Bangalore to pursue the 3rd year of B.Tech in ECE through lateral entry?

I am pursuing my B.Tech in Kerala. I am in the 3rd semester.

    No, you can take lateral entry admission in the 2nd year only no matter whether you did your graduation or any no. of years previously.
