Can I get admission in an engineering college of Pune with 47 marks in JEE Mains?

I didn't appear for MHT-CET exam.

    No because no college in Pune gives admission through JEE Mains score. You should appear for MHCET to get admission in Pune or you can pay and get management quota seat.
