Yes you can join an engineering college after completing Diploma, by writing an entrance test conducted by the government.

u can go for entance exam of L.E B.Tech held every year in every university for example ipu conduct separate ex for L.E. B.Tech and takes admission on the basis of cutoff.all the best please upvote
