Can I get admission in an engineering college to pursue B.Tech with 64 marks in JEE Mains?
I scored 80% in class 12th. I am a PWD student and have a disability certificate too. My negative marks in JEE Mains is 76.

Frankly speaking, I see no chances for you in the normal course of admissions. I suggest you discuss with your parents/teachers. Maybe take a break of 1-year, study hard and see what happens. Else, take admission through management quota of a private engineering college or go for some other profession.
