Can I get admission in any campus of BIT? I have got 222840 CRL rank in JEE Mains and 59.8% in 12th.

At this rank, you can't get BIT Mesra, but you can try in other campus like Patna campus in that you can easily get admission at this rank. -
I am afraid my friend. That rank is too high to get admission in BIT main campus. But you can check with the extension centers at different cities and contact them for the admissions. The main campus of BIT needs a good rank (below 35K) to get admission into any of it's branch.

With this scoring, you may not get BIT, Mesra main campus. But, you may try for the other extension branches of BIT such as Deoghar, Patna, and Jaipur. You can find the details of admission in extension branches from the following link:
